Do people in other countries complain all the time? I live in the U.S. and people just seem to whine and complain about just about everything almost.

I work retail so I might notice it more than the typical American would. I'm just wondering if complaining about everything is just an American trait or is true of people in general.

@SandWitch pretty simple really.......people are never satisfied nor realize just how much they already possess in life. That is never driven home more sharply than when it's all taken away.

I have never taken anything I have for granted and I fully realize that, rather than having been born an American, I could have been born in North Korea, Iran, or some other country where my right to exist is controlled by a dictator.

Make sense?

@Freeranger I appreciate everything I have all the time. That's why I get annoyed at all the whining people do.
