The smell of my My Little Pony, oh my gosh she smelled so good. And Play Doh
@MyNameIsHurl Play Doh! I remember that smell, very distinctive! I didn't know that My little Ponies had a scent... like new plastic smell or fruity scented?
MyNameIsHurl · 46-50, F
@Catastrophe they were scented
MyNameIsHurl · 46-50, F
@Catastrophe Like fruity flowery maybe?
DearAmbellina2113 · 46-50, F
When I would visit my grandma, her house always smelled so clean, like bleach, and she would always make coffee when visitors arrived. So that specific combo of bleach and coffee is a favorite smell of mine. 🥰
@DearAmbellina2113 Aww, that's sweet you remember that. You must have loved her.
DearAmbellina2113 · 46-50, F
@Catastrophe I worshiped the ground she walked on! She was the only person in my whole life who ever made me feel loved. 💖
@DearAmbellina2113 😭 I wanna be a grandma like that one day. I won't be but I wish I could be. 💖

@jshm2 Yes, I also love that smell!
Coppertone sunscreen, fresh cut grass, my grandmother’s cooking and her perfume, Tabu.
@OlderSometimesWiser That all sounds like good smells. 😊

Smel of my family's home. I loved the smell of chlorine and cigarettes, reminded me of Summer. I loved old cologne smells , like Polo Green, Giorgio Beverly Hills Perfume.

Grandma's Blackberry Pie baking in the oven.
@Gusman 🤤
Tante Juliette’s perfume, Shalimar. She was so elegant, and as a child I loved listening to her talk. She had kept the accent my mother had worked so hard to get rid of after leaving Vieux Carré.
@bijouxbroussard This one? Created by master perfumer Jacques Guerlain in 1921 and officially launched in 1925, it was inspired by the passionate, epic love story between the Indian Emperor Shah Jahan and his wife, Mumtaz Mahal—the same romance that inspired the construction of the Taj Mahal. The word "Shalimar" translates from Sanskrit to "temple of love", named after the magnificent Shalimar Gardens where the royal couple met
@Catastrophe Yes ! I still think of her whenever I smell it.

I love purple grape scent. It's interesting how there are types of strawberries that have similar aroma too.

Mine is this:
It smells like menthol, eucalyptus and camphor.

@CrazyMusicLover Oh is that a medicinal product for sore muscles?
CrazyMusicLover · 31-35
@Catastrophe Yes, some kind of essential oil. I guess it's similar to Vicks VapoRub but since I have never smelled those, I don't really know.
@CrazyMusicLover It does sound like it! I used to put that in a big pot of boiling water to inhale when sick.

The smell of using Paper caps for toy guns
@Celt50 Oh I think I remember that smell! idk why.
I loved Tabu and Emeraude! Then. I think it was Tabu my mom dissed while we were shopping. A woman was offering samples of scents on little white cardboard strips. Mom sniffed “Tabu”, gave a little shudder and whispered to me, “Smells like…woman’s scent.”

I did not explore that statement. @OlderSometimesWiser
