Smells that you love from childhood?

The smell of my My Little Pony, oh my gosh she smelled so good. And Play Doh

When I would visit my grandma, her house always smelled so clean, like bleach, and she would always make coffee when visitors arrived. So that specific combo of bleach and coffee is a favorite smell of mine. 🥰

Coppertone sunscreen, fresh cut grass, my grandmother’s cooking and her perfume, Tabu.

Grandma's Blackberry Pie baking in the oven.

I love purple grape scent. It's interesting how there are types of strawberries that have similar aroma too.

Mine is this:
It smells like menthol, eucalyptus and camphor.

Coletar soap.

Possibly an unpopular smell for most but the smell of coal fires being lit. I knew when I got home I'd be warm and Mum would let us do toast with a toasting fork. Love that memory.

Leaded supreme gasoline

The smell of using Paper caps for toy guns

I loved Tabu and Emeraude! Then. I think it was Tabu my mom dissed while we were shopping. A woman was offering samples of scents on little white cardboard strips. Mom sniffed “Tabu”, gave a little shudder and whispered to me, “Smells like…woman’s scent.”

I did not explore that statement. @OlderSometimesWiser
