I am having childhood memories coming back , explaining things to me

The intensity is the fear , the frequency and not trying to frighten you is the lower power trying to keep you where you are today , not being happy .
At times you can be more comfortable being in your pain , than not to be in pain , cause thats the only way you know , especially if your in pain for so long , and what happens being in pain for so long memories come up inside you to hurt you more and when you try to let them go the lower power comes in with great "intensity to attack you more , which is very stressing.
Either hurt feelings , or regret feelings , doesn't matter which one cause they do the same thing to you .
What people are usually afraid of is the darkness and when the darkness comes the lower power comes in and tries to fo everything its power to make you feel suicidal. All the fears comes in and most of the fears are in the mind are all to do with "people " . With all of those fears of people coming in , and everyone has them in relgious terms , turns everyone against each other , and thats what the devil wants , not being religious.
Do you ever hear the term " It's a mad world " Thats where that comes from

Youre going through a transitional period. We cant move to where we need to be if we don't already know where we've already been and why we left.

Good things or bad things?

You must be healthy enough to process them now.
