Building a daily routine to help with coping

Kind of. I'm trying to remember to eat healthy foods, drink more water, focus on positive, good-feeling things, and remain open for better days to come.

It doesn't always work that well. But, I try.

Just my opinion as I do not know what you are going through.
It's great to have a routine if it helps you.
Just don't fall into a "rut". Switch it up every now and then 😊

Make sure to practice self care and look into mindfulness exercises.
