Generally I can only exert diligent effort in one activity at a time. I have a hard time 'juggling' multiple goals at once.
Due to depression I am not always diligent even when I do exert the effort and miss important details. However, I was able to be thoroughly diligent for 1 year professionally, writing over 30 journals worth of business notes.

Yeah… unless I’m in hyper-focus mode, which is rarely fixated on what I should be accomplishing lol…
