Does Fat Acceptance apply for Men, too?

Just wondering since I only ever see Women talking about body positivity in regards to another female's body.. Not so much men

@Lila15 No. That is not the point of this post. All I'm saying is that the "Body Positivity" movement is very one-sided with it's approach to the subject of, well.... body positivity/fat acceptance lol
