Had one of those "bisexual confusion" moments I've heard so much about this morning.

So, little bit of background. I finally convinced my dad to get me a membership at Planet Fitness a couple of weeks ago, and this is the second week I've been doing every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday morning, I'm down there for an hour. (I'm working my way up to longer workouts, but for right now, that's all my body can handle.)

Anyway, I was on the treadmill going for my warmup walk, and I let my mind wander. Started daydreaming about meeting some random guy in the locker room who wanted me to blow him. At a key moment in the daydream, I opened my eyes to check my mileage, and there was a woman on the treadmill in front of me wearing yoga pants exactly the color of her skin.

And just like that, I was straight. 😆

Hahaha see I have the opposite. I'll be like "I am completely straight." Then we went to a lake and all the women in my husband's family are gorgeous and in bikinis and I was like

Don't be too concerned about your exercise time. Weight training ideally should be between 45 mins to 1 hour.
If you do warmup and cardio with it, 1 hour is fine.
Also there are three day programs that are intensive.
