And in the "Nothing good happens without something just as bad happening" department...
Dealing with the aftermath of the trailer raid, Cathy called all freaked out because there were people going through Andrew's trailer and putting stuff in bags. And apparently, the dad of his girlfriend was down there, overseeing it I guess?
Then I got a text from Jay, our other tenant down there, and he's telling me Cathy is telling me lies, that it's just the girlfriend's family grabbing her property off the unit to take it somewhere else while they figure out how to tow the trailer out of there.
Being that I'm in Sherwood and all this is going on 13 miles away in Portland, I called the police. I'm letting them sort it out.
But now Jay is freaking out on me, because we haven't given him an answer of where we can move him, because we genuinely don't have a place he can go, so we don't know what the hell to do with him, but he's demanding an answer right this instant or he's calling the housing fraud hotline.
You know, because we're not already dealing with a dumpster fire. We need more stuff piled on us.
