A second check just came out of the same account, that I was assured was frozen because of the fraud that's going on! It's already $100,000 overdrawn because of this POS thief, and now they've approved another one?

I don't think I'm going to do business with BMO anymore.

@Vin53 Because I'm technically not on the account. My mom has to be the one screaming at them on the phone. But we're definitely doing something about it. Literally the second she gets off work, we're driving down there and having a very loud, NSFW conversation with these folks.

@Vin53 We have to go from them to the next tier up, and so forth, or they'll just refer us back to the local branch. But what they can do is put a stop payment on those two checks. That's a start.

Then we're going to find out who is in charge of protecting our money, and demand to know why they weren't.
