I had THE most amazing day!
Okay, so first of all, I had a furry meetup for the first time in a long time because my little group got a new organizer. And that was fun. But that's not the amazing part.
Flash back to the first of the month. I had just come out, and I decided to send a Facebook message to an old friend of mine. This friend used to live with me and my parents about 8 or 9 years ago, because I didn't want him to be homeless, but his employer did. But our friendship had faded and we drifted apart after he moved out, because he had feelings for me that I didn't think I reciprocated.
So guess who messaged me out of the blue today saying he finally saw my message? Yeah. Him. He was so happy that he wanted to hang out immediately and talk about it. But I was already at the meetup, so I told him we could hang out after.
I'll spare those of you who can't handle happiness the details, but yeah. No regrets tonight.
