Dad has officially stalled around for the entire 5 years of his bankruptcy.

Starting at the end of the month, our houses can be seized by the mortgage companies and put up for auction. Including the one in which I live.

On a related note, does anybody have a good recommendation as to where I should buy a DIY will?

Do you have sufficient assets to require a will? Remember that you already have a default will living here in the States (defined by your state's laws). Unless you want to do something different from what your state would dictate, you might not need to spend the money on a will.

My home state of Massachusetts requires certain things of wills that make them very difficult to do on your own without a lawyer.
what your not old enough to help pay the bills,

@ElwoodBlues I don't know. He'll fight that the whole way. I know that. Probably never forgive me. Also, it might be too late.
@LordShadowfire Maybe you could sell it to him as a "temporary" way to outwit the banks??

@ElwoodBlues I love that. He always was a devious little schemer, and he still thinks he's got it. That's perfect.
