I’d talk about it. I’m not ashamed or shy about it. It is what it is. Just please try not to be cruel with your question and I’ll try to answer. Keep in mind I’m not a Dr, I’m a patient… so I may not know like technical stuff.

Yes.

Mostly, I have lost some things.

It does but much of it comes back within a few weeks to a few months. It’s short term that’s affected the most, but there’s always something that’s just gone forever afterwards.
