If any of my friends or other people have questions about ECT.

I’d talk about it. I’m not ashamed or shy about it. It is what it is. Just please try not to be cruel with your question and I’ll try to answer. Keep in mind I’m not a Dr, I’m a patient… so I may not know like technical stuff.

I was wondering if you had it by your previous post but I didn't want to be intrusive and ask.

I truly hope it helps you, it can save lives.
@Starcrossed it’s not my first time, so I sort of know what to expect. I have less faith in it now, as it sort of seems to be the law of diminishing returns, but whatever. We’ll see how this time goes. I just really hate the side effects. As you know, there’s no pain but I feel like I lose parts of myself each time. That might not be true but it is how it feels.

@JustGoneNow hopefully more maladaptive parts than not. I'm sorry it seems to have diminishing returns, that's disappointing.
@Starcrossed I can’t deny what it’s done for me from the start, though. I was most likely never leaving the hospital before.
@Starcrossed at least now, I have a chance at life.
