@AbsolutelyFabulous @Ducky I know it sounds crazy, but using my pendulum has helped me immensely with getting myself into a place where I can emotionally let go of the shit and focus more on my own needs. I know it’s not for everyone, but I would highly recommend it or at the very least meditation
