I had a phobia of spiders but now I'm much better. I had some therapy and it really helped.

Heights. It's manageable but my body spins out of control quite easily. If I exposed myself to heights more often it would get better.
Social phobia, including telephobia. This is not as bad but it's definitely there.

I have a fear of driving at high speeds, especially in big cities. I also have a fear of bats.
