What phobias do you have?

One of my only ones is Thalassophobia.
It’s curious since I find the oceans fascinating and would love to know their secrets, but imagining what might lurk in the abyss is a terrifying thing

I wouldn't call them fears but more like a fascination to
Astrophobia
Megalophobia
Thalassophobia

Then would you call it Astrophilia?

@caPnAhab I too feel a deep fascination towards all 3, mixed with some fear for Thalasso.

And yeah if you actually love it that’s what you’d call it

@Axelerator All three would make us feel so insignificant. It's a weird mix of awe and terror

@caPnAhab that’s it exactly, they remind us that we are but tiny little creatures in cosmos and world that will outlast us and doesn’t even notice us most of the time.

It’s also a core aspect of all good cosmic horror and I’m a huge sucker for that
