Whats your favorite bottled water brand?

I always thought evian was the best tasting and nothing could top it, but this is the new #1 for me, but evian is still a close second

New York City tapwater is some famously great tasting water (as long as the pipes to your building are in a reasonable condition). I've had it often and can confirm. I've also lived in the Boston area and enjoyed tapwater from the Quabbin Reservoir; IMHO just as good.

I grew up in New Jersey; going back there the tapwater tastes awful. I can remember visiting my uncle in Long Beach CA; tapwater there was even worse.

@ElwoodBlues My father used to refer to NYC water as "city champagne!"

Filtered tap water. Seriously, water should taste like nothing. It's all marketing, and adding to the overflowing landfills, and micro-plastics in our food supply.
DrWatson · 70-79, M
I am happy with our tap water.

However, I do like fruit flavored, carbonated unsweetened water. I drink that instead of the usual soft drinks. My favorite of those is Spindrift.

We use a Brita filter for drinking and cooling, an in. Linen filter for ice in the refrig.

There are presently, more laws protecting tap water than bottled water, and you don't have to deal with the plastic water,!

Evian for me, I've not found anything that is as soft and tastes as good, so far. I'll see if this one is available near me just to try it
Horsefrost · 46-50, M
Water is water. It can be from a number of sources. The cost of extraction makes it expensive. If we get some mineral water from underneath the sea, it's most expensive one. For me, plain water is also equally good. When I am really thirsty, I could drink any water.
JohnnySpot · 56-60, M
@Horsefrost no I didn't drink directly off the surface and I didn't see the rat until later.
Horsefrost · 46-50, M
@JohnnySpot Which means that we can drink water from various sources and we will have strong immunity too. And The more savvy / rich we become, we lose ourself and we keep losing ourself. Not all but many. You are a tough guy.
JohnnySpot · 56-60, M
@Horsefrost I was only siphoning it off and swallowed a little.
Fallflower · 46-50, F
The tap water in a nearby city tastes amazing. However my water tastes awful so I keep a big Brita filter on the counter.
PerfectionOfTheHeart · 46-50, F

A necessity in our house. Shared it with my coworkers and one said it tastes “wetter” than water. …😂

@Degbeme Mmhmm. Threw me for a loop too but agreed with him anyway.
Adogslife · 61-69, M
We keep a bunch in the house because people are picky. My preference is RAIN.

@Adogslife the one on the left is easily the best
None, it's a rip-off. I drink filtered tap water.
Degbeme · 70-79, M
@MsSwan The main water line comes from the street to the house.
@Degbeme Omg, ok. 😂
Degbeme · 70-79, M
@MsSwan 🤦‍♂

MntoNc · 36-40, M
@Onryo that water is acidic.
Onryo · 22-25, F
@MntoNc actually it’s incredibly pure, the lower ph is due to a lack of minerals, it’s not a negative thing
GoFish ·
I drink well water from my fridge filter
GoFish ·
@Horsefrost our fridge has an ice maker and water dispenser and an internal filter hooked to our waterline in the house and our house has well water
Horsefrost · 46-50, M
@GoFish Either you are intelligent or your family members are.
GoFish ·
@Horsefrost it’s not mutually exclusive.. more than one person in a family can have a bit of brains 😅 i hooked up the water line myself personally and even downsized my kitchen cabinets so my hub could have a bigger fridge.. we built this lil house.. sigh i did the floors the walls the pluming and electrical with the help of my dad..
onewithshoes · 26-30, F
We have delicious tap water so no need to waste money on what's usually just someone else's tap water.😏
MntoNc · 36-40, M
@onewithshoes brands like evian, figi (i hate the taste of figi though) and the water i posted arent tap water. Now brands like aquafina, dasani, the dreaded nestle, and even smart water, all come from tap

@jshm2 youre wrong. Spring water and tap water taste COMPLETELY different. Also, there are minerals that naturally have them in their water, like evian for example. That affects taste
Cigarguys · 41-45, C
We use a Brita Filter pitcher for water
Anniedlr · 31-35, F
ALDI sell perfectly drinkable Spring Water.🙂🙂
CrazyMusicLover · 31-35
Used to be. It isn't available anymore.

Now it's this one:

Yuk toxic. Tap water or tank water or nothing.
MntoNc · 36-40, M
@zonavar68 youd drink municipal water over this? Lol
Horsefrost · 46-50, M
@MntoNc it's just water. Municipal filtered water tastes the same. It won't do anything extra good to you. It is pure marketing. But it depends on person to person. If you really enjoy it, then, it is the best. Whatever suits you.

@RoguishEyes True! The best "bottled" water I have ever had was straight out of my canteen after refilling it while hiking by a mountain stream!
