My midlife crisis was at 35, but I really didn't start feeling old until about 55. That's when my body told me to slow down.

@exexec i guess that's what worries me. My body slowing down. Im 29 though and have quite a long time before then. But on dad's side my dad and grandad and great granddad had heart attacks/strokes early in their 50s. Mom's side my grandpa is still alive and perfectly normal at 92. With 30 looming around ive found myself thinking more about it this year than any other time yet

@astrosandorbits If you haven't already done it, get a medical checkup. My brother-in-law had a similar situation with heart problems in his family. His son, my nephew, dropped dead with a heart attack at 43. My bro-in-law has heart issues, but the doctors are doing a good job to keep him going. He even has an artificial heart pump and still travels to Europe every year. Get a regular checkup!

@astrosandorbits Then take great care of yourself. Your history indicates you must. Start exercise habits and dietary healthy habits now.

@PoetryNEmotion I'm fine. No problems in my family line, but I do take care of myself.
