Oh geez what am I NOT scared of?? Having chronic anxiety and PTSD is crippling. I've said no to so many things for fear that I might GET fear during the outing or get together etc. It sucks Because if I could desensitize myself to getting fear when with others, it would really make it not feel so magnified. I would really like to start taking some risks. I'm already 43 and life is so short. 🥺
