I think my most inconvenient yet awkward was when practicing my guitar out in public. An elderly couple saw me, listened for like 10 seconds then left. It was my first time doing that so after I finished the song, I waited for a minute then packed up my guitar and quietly left that the scene. My panic attack began as soon as I realized they weren't interested (Or whatever). First month of learning the instrument too. Woo.

Having a panic attack is bad enough, but having one while taking a shower is straight up dangerous.
I'm not sure that there's a good place to have one, just levels of worse.
