Does anyone on here struggle with feeling "joy"? - I have a hard time Allowing myself to feel Happy. It makes me uncomfortable if i feel it too long.

I want to hold on to it longer but I struggle because i can sense myself push it away. Anybody have any tricks or tips on how to let it be longer??

I'm only happy when I'm completely in lala land or delulu world, but there's always something in reality pulling me back is my problem. Anyway, I have no tips lol. Good luck.
