How do you deal with your envy?

I don’t really have a problem with it. I can acknowledge it when it occurs but I’m pretty happy with myself to not let it overtake me.

I dont envy. Im happy with what i have. Pretty blessed if you ask me.

I dont really have envy, i dont begrudge anyone having more than me or being in a better position, i just think fair play to them. I like a simple life as long as my bills are paid im happy, im not a wanter.

Things are not always as they appear.

I've never really felt like someone else's success should affect me. Everything shiny isn't gold. I just have an inner dialogue that being envious doesn’t make any sense.

Badly. I try to not show anything but it's very hard when exposed to braggarts.

It doesn't pop up often, but when it does, it's not pretty.

I ignore them while staying happy … 🤗

It doesn’t last long and things aren’t what they seem. What I see on the surface is nothing to be jealous of.
