I relapse last night

I dont want attention but i dont have a therapist right now because we moved to massachusetts all the way from florida.
I kniw i only come here for help i dont mean to but i dint have many people. I dont have a support team yet.
I selfed harm. I didn't realize I was doing it til it was too late.
I'm really scared.

You can go to the ER whenever you feel unsafe. The people at the ER might actually refer you to the outpatient programs at Pembroke hospital. I have heard they have support groups, and group therapy sessions there. If you are at the ER, you can also ask for the name of a social worker who might be able to help you find a support group.
