I relapse last night

Please get help as soon as you can. Even if you walk into an emergency room and tell your story, they will put you in touch with someone, hopefully someone right there on the premises.

You can go to the ER whenever you feel unsafe. The people at the ER might actually refer you to the outpatient programs at Pembroke hospital. I have heard they have support groups, and group therapy sessions there. If you are at the ER, you can also ask for the name of a social worker who might be able to help you find a support group.

I’m sorry, I know things can get tough and you do things to try and escape. If you need to talk you can vent at me. Sometimes just letting it all out can help take the weight off of you.

I'm sorry. Moves can be stressful. But don't beat yourself up. It's just a building block on your road to recovering. Step over it and trudge along.
