@Musicman Thank you. Both have been with me since childhood. For the most part, I have so much going on physically, so I'm overwhelmed. Plus I'm well past needing an increase in meds.

@MoonlightLullaby I have had some major stree the past couple of weeks. It has affected my sleep and eating. Fortunately my stress is subsiding now. Sadly today I just feel down. ☹️
