online has alot of options. also there is a channel called cinema therapy , and they were doing an online link to free support and low cost therapy a while back so you might find some useful links on their yt page.
@Matt85 I'm sorry I've had bad experiences where they filled me with guilt instead of actually pointing something helpful.. I was advised to do certain prayers so to ask for forgiveness. I tried to, but it really didn't help me.. plus I was just a kid.
sometimes a health care provider will work on a sliding scale based on your income - is there a hospital that provides mental health care where you live? Or maybe the local government?

Or search online about free counseling and therapy. I have managed to book a free appointment myself a years ago online but the site was in greek. You can search for one in your language/area.
AI excels in this area, ChatGPT just wants an email and password or there's Replika AI. They not judgemental and far better in most ways at being helpful.
