@Musicman Pricing HVAC bids right now, next bid is on Friday 11-24-2023. Trying to wrap up the wiring and get the plumbing done, materials and cost and economy make it slow.

@WillaKissing I understand. What kind of prices are you getting on the HVAC? Will you be gas or electric?

@Musicman I will heat with a wood stove and propane wall heaters as back up, the ductless heat pump is back up to the propane and wood stove and summer AC.
