@Queendragonfly learn to be on a nude beach, shame will dissapear quickly! 🤣
Queendragonfly · 31-35, F
@popmol Not that kind of shame.
popmol · 26-30, M
@Queendragonfly well i mean would it not remove all shame? i would think so at least. its like if you can conquer the ghost pepper you can handle wasabi although they are very different kinds of spicy!
Queendragonfly · 31-35, F
@popmol No it doesn't really work like that unless your only shame issue is body complex. Emotional shame is different.
popmol · 26-30, M
@Queendragonfly ooh i see i guess that makes sense, i thought they were same enough that one would also make the other go down, is there an equivalent of body shame removal extreme like for the emotional one?
Queendragonfly · 31-35, F
@popmol Body shame has a lot to do with fear of others opinions. To not fit in as stereotype attractive etc.

While emotional or traumatic shame is more about feeling like your entire body and self is disgusting and you don't want to exist, no matter how fit or good looking you are you feel disgusting and shameful
popmol · 26-30, M
@Queendragonfly i wonder if i'm the second one, i hope not, now that i am working on my body if i feel that way even if i lose my weight i'll be sad ;(
Queendragonfly · 31-35, F
@popmol Sounds like it. Then your body is just the shell, what's really the issue is underneath.

Your core value and self image.

Let me ask you this, why are you working on your body?
popmol · 26-30, M
@Queendragonfly well 2 reasons, i absolutely think i'm filth! i want to get rid of it but not sure it will be gone when its gone, other is just for ease of clothing, less paranoia and fear of others opinions, well less fear and absolute rage!

also to be healthy. maybe to in the future to find someone that will love me.
Queendragonfly · 31-35, F
@popmol If you do it for health then it's self respect.

If you do it to be loved or accepted, it's emotional shame, low self worth and self esteem.

Wouldn't it be best to meet someone who understands you and who loves you no matter your weight?
popmol · 26-30, M
@Queendragonfly well i also want to be dead so part of me wants to keep getting worse to die agonising and slow!

2 is definitely there.

ooh definitely! but i know people are shallow, and i'm also shallow in some respects! but i prefer someone who loves me in any way over no one.
Queendragonfly · 31-35, F
@popmol Yeah it becomes self destructive if we just stop care about our health. And that is a way to try kill ourselves. Wether we eat ourselves to death or starve ourselves to death.
atlantic59 · 61-69, M
@popmol omg who could possibly love you with all those requirements💛🙂
popmol · 26-30, M
@Queendragonfly indeed! well hopefully i won't switch to the other side!
Queendragonfly · 31-35, F
@popmol I think you gotta dig yourself inside out in order to attract healthy relationships
atlantic59 · 61-69, M
can't you just find someone to administer the right pill?
atlantic59 · 61-69, M
@Queendragonfly a powerful one. Killers thrive on this secret agenda brewing
popmol · 26-30, M
@atlantic59 which requirements?
popmol · 26-30, M
@Queendragonfly most likely! i'm just jealous of loving people, i want it too!
