I've started using a shampoo and conditioner that is sulfate and paraben free, mainly because I'm losing hair and trying to get my hair to grow back.

I am using same bran since past three years. It is good. Since it washes it out all the dirt. I shampoo twice or thrice a week. Not daily!

I use anything on sale but every now and then I buy Dove shampoo..it truly makes my hair tame and so SOFT!!

Yep. The bottle has to cost under $3. I'm not spending more then that on shampoo.

About smell. Some smells made me physically sick before and I had to rewash my hair.

I use Dove all over my body. Dont have any hair so no shampoo needed
