I finally got back to sleep around 7 am. I am sitting here in my recliner now. I am comfortable and warm. Half of me wants to shower and go out for breakfast and the other half of me says go back to sleep.
@Stereoguy if folks can go to Walmart in their pjs... sure... slippers are acceptable. 😁 Have a blessed day my friend!!! Psssttt... hope your sleepless nights ends soon.
I have found out if I don’t get enough calcium during the day I have a harder time sleeping at night. Sometimes I make a drink with warm milk (almond milk for me because cow’s milk will swell my sinuses), honey and a pinch of nutmeg. Drink it about a half-hour before you want to sleep.
When you experience another sleepless night try passiflora ( passion flower) extract. Valerian extract also works. You can find them at health food stores.
