I didn't sleep worth a crap last night.

I finally got back to sleep around 7 am. I am sitting here in my recliner now. I am comfortable and warm. Half of me wants to shower and go out for breakfast and the other half of me says go back to sleep.

Do both...go eat breakfast, get a full belly...come home, get back in recliner and take a good nap.

I have found out if I don’t get enough calcium during the day I have a harder time sleeping at night. Sometimes I make a drink with warm milk (almond milk for me because cow’s milk will swell my sinuses), honey and a pinch of nutmeg. Drink it about a half-hour before you want to sleep.

Sorry my dear friend….

I did not get any sleep last night and had to drive to town first thing in the morning, which I did…

I thought that I could take a shower and eat lunch, which I did, and have a nap, which I couldn’t… 🥺

i have problems sleeping too my friend. my doctor recommended Unisom slumber chewables. they knock me out like a light

@Stereoguy take 2. they come in 2 flavors. i got the berry ones. not sleeping sucks.
When you experience another sleepless night try passiflora ( passion flower) extract. Valerian extract also works. You can find them at health food stores.
