I can't even remember when was the last time I wanted something for a really long time. I also don't tend to have big expectations.

This reminded me of my second oldest sibling. He was two years younger than our biggest brother, and when the eldest started school, this brother fussed and cried nearly every day that he wanted to go to school too!
When the longed-for time finally arrived he went off beaming.
On his return, Dad asked, "Well, how was school?"
He burst into tears (again). "It wasn't ANYTHING like I thought it would be!"

The only thing I can think of was the man who was my husband at one time.
He is the past. That's all I need to say.

To be Graphic Designer.
It was fun for a few years, but it left me artistically exhausted personally .

@CrazyMusicLover Nope.😂 It was old school style back in the early 90's. Hands on stuff.
CrazyMusicLover · 31-35
@OogieBoogie I can imagine how that was still quite fun. It's hard to imagine it with this new stuff though. 😶

@CrazyMusicLover it could be. Ive muraled a whole resturant, illustrated a book, helped design a whole school image including uniforms and art work . But then it can also be horribly boring formatting brochures and government deparmental reports.
It depends what work you get. I loved doing pub chalkboards the most ....it was kinda like doing pavement art .

My last camping trip with my lifelong friends. It was terrible weather. We all are getting too old to ..rough-it...setting up tents and all.
I was totally wore out by the time i got home from my trip last year. First time in 10yrs i haven't gone camping. It was strange.

A George Foreman Grill.
Bought it and then it sat in a cupboard for 5 years until I gave it away to someone.

Yes, I have experienced this, but I can’t share because it breaks my heart, and I need to keep a positive mind as much as possible.
Yep, almost every time.

Too sickly sweet … over indulgence.

@Stereoguy I don't want to get something when I am not in the mood for it and start hating it.
