What is one thing you want and one thing you need?

Right now I need to find a mobile home I can rent because I only have a 12x14 counter space by my sink in which I can prepare food or whatever. My kitchen is so small and I'm in desperate need of more counter space and also, more space in a mobile home that will accommodate a wheelchair, a bedroom with an attached bath, and desperately need another bedroom for storage and especially closet space. I'm just cramped in here. I don't even have enough kitchen cabinet space, it's awful. Plus management doesn't take care of anything that needs to be fixed. However my biggest problem is that I can't afford to rent a mobile home even because I always have to pay lot rent and I can't do both because lot rent is so high. And I can't afford to buy a mobile home and property, and I was going to get a HUD voucher to pay the lot rent, but there are no landlords that do that anymore, and I can't afford to rent a home because those cost way more than mobile home rent. So I'm just kind of stuck here. I feel like I'm in a nursing home here the way they treat you.

Need: a second freezer, about 3 cubic foot front door style to handle the overflow.

I did well, I own my house. No dept. Do need to some house maint. Would be nice to have a soccar mom van for special occassions. Lastly my x walked out on me some years ago. Not sure she is still alive. Hope to find a girl friend or Friends with benefits to spend time with...
