I mean really run, without your fat belly bouncing off your knees, when you could just run and feel that cold air burning in your lungs. At least I can still outrun my nephew, hah!!! Little sod threw a tantrum when I beat him.

@Emele You need to get back on the exercise (not running straight away) you were a good quality athlete, you never know how you would've progressed as you got older.
@Emele If you keep us all posted on your progress I will follow it with anticipation. That picture of you running is a great motivator you look absolutely sensational (I'm biased toward athletic bodies which I think are the best. Other opinions are equally valid but that's mine).
@Emele Walking is an excellent choice. You might be lucky with shape etc, one of the reasons I stopped body building was I'd started to get stretch marks (was in my late 30s), stopped doing weight training and they went away, my skin's a bit loose now though! But I am getting on a bit.
@Emele As long as you're happy then don't be too hard on yourself, we're all gonna be a skeleton soup someday in the ground, so find your happiness where you can. I love when I was able to run like that, but I LOVE hot chips and gravy on a freezing cold day. So fuck it.
@Allelse 🤗 Oh yeah I have definitely done things my own way. The 100lbs wasn't an accident 🤭 I am in an amazing relationship with someone who supports and appreciates me whatever. I don't miss the person I was, it was so long ago. As the saying goes, this is all bought and paid for 😅 But remaining active and dropping a pound or too is a sensible choice for me.
@Emele Remaining active! Yep that's it, because I got a big belly too but I still love being active! I'm full of energy and mischief and that'll never change. Nice belly by the way!!!
