Are you calm and collected? Do you faint, scream, or throw up? What if it was something serious, like a mouse running across the kitchen floor and you're in bare feet?

Most of the timeI keep it together and if I can’t handle it I run to get help and pray while I am running. I’ve found that’s what works best for me.

@cherokeepatti I was raised Catholic, in my day you ran shouting Hail Mary's while your mom chased you with the strap. It was kind of an expression..
