What did you do today for your workout / exercise?

I start every day with 30-40 minutes on the elliptical. The pace is a minimum calorie burn of 300 at a minimum heartbeat of 130 (average).

At night I’ll hit the heavy bag for three rounds or practice Kali.

Mowed my yard. Old self propelled mower but felt pretty good out there today. Did it before smokeboy woke up I think so was nice to mow without seeing that freak puffing away outside every 20 minutes.
