You shouldn't let someone else's opinion of you taint your self-esteem. One person's opinion about you does not define you as an individual. For that one person who is narrow-minded, there are hundreds of others who will raise you up and tell you that you can do anything.

So, please don't have that mindset as it is only a self-defeatist type mindset.

@Bri89 To late my low esteem can't go up. Plus my dad put a lot of negativity in me. Now I second guess myself a lot. My math skills diminish I was so fast now I'm even sure about doing math again. I get nervous doing things.
