… Drinking gives me anxiety in my chest now. Has this happened to anyone else? What did you or have you done about it?

I’m allergic to a lot alcohol so if I drink it’s gotta to be free from gluten and dairy.

Spirits are ok but only certain kinds as are some wines

Perhaps you are drinking alcohol with ingredients in it that your body can’t handle check with your Doc
