If you can learn from your mistakes that’s always a start. Especially when others feelings and emotions are involved.
Learn to say I’m sorry when it’s warranted and not just to be a people pleaser.
Be more accountable to your priorities and those who matter and depend on you.
Forgive. Both others and especially yourself. That latter part is what haunts you longer than needed.
Try to find the joy in things. In moments by yourself. In conversation with others.
Be good to your pets and animals in general.
Eat for fuel and exercise not for aesthetics but for health.
Be more patient.
