The most obvious ways to be "first" in capitalism it might only look "better"
This is not an exclusive list.
Travel bus? Can do other things at the same time
Eating/food
Doing required work when/while assigned/in class/ during travel time. Run everywhere.
Always be early
Combining time(s)
Bathroom/shower
Sleep whenever possible
Batheing faster/skip it
Speed reading
Pre preparing meals
