Am I lazy?

I have reached a point in career where i earn decently and have more scope for growth and learning and improving my designation. I however feel lethargic to do anything but at the same time, looking at my colleagues accomplishments, i feel i should be working hard too. I simply procrastinate signing up any workshop and just while away time
