Many people in my community have been struggling with daily stretching. So I have tried to convince them to perform rootbeer stretching.

Hopefully to provide the motivation to help with this issue.

You see, when one places a rootbeer just out of their reach it is much easier to stretch and reach for that rootbeer due to the body’s innate and natural instinct to try and be as close to the rootbeer as possible. Which allows you to get your stretching in more effortlessly without someone needing to force the stretch willfully on their own.
