Where do i find motivation?

I find it in the little things, like for instance this morning I was a dead zombie so I remembered I cut a bit of my hair off yesterday so I then looked forward to styling it nicely today which gave me a bit of motivation to get the fuck on with it.

Motivation will only get you started, discipline is what keeps you going.

There is plenty of good motivational videos on youtube to get you hyped.

I'd establish a routine first though, maybe write it down; discipline.

Often just starting the activity helps.

Between the sofa cushions I think. Probably just to sit down while you're looking though.

Introspection

Anytime I need motivation; I remind myself of the people who've betrayed or tried to harm me. I will succeed just to spite them.
