people hurt me and then i apologize to them

@HannahSky yes. and if i get upset bc they were mean to me i apologize for that as well bc then it makes them more upset and i feel guilt for that

@Frostcloud it's such a viscious cycle with fights or anything negative with people. For some reason we can't just let it be when it's bad. Someone always requires an apology instead of saying they were wrong. Guilt doesn't mean you're wrong, you just feel bad.
