@smiler2012 Basically how I feel at the moment. Not much on Christmas spirit and tending toward the dark side.

@TAReturns I imagine if you sprayed an artificial tree black, put a Vader helmet on top and a light saber it could be recreated.

@PoetryNEmotion I try to take advantage of escapes when the visiting nurses etc are here. I will Google WonderMind, just tired of hearing platitudes from various clergy and well meaning friends.

Oh,no, my friend. This newsletter is great. I recommend it highly. Has lots of good articles about mentsl health. One can also choose what articles to read based upon one's current mood. I know you will gind it iseful. Please try it. People care about the teo of you. I know you are tired. No one lives it but you. When a person only declines, it is hard to find anything to hold onto. Hope is tiny and fragile. Let me know if you want to vent.
