I do now, but I spent a long time blaming other people (check some early posts on here, I wasn’t taking any responsibility lol 😬.)

First initial reaction is to ALWAYS question if I did something wrong, if I could have handled things differently. Those are things I can fix, work on improving. And we learn from our mistakes; of should.

It was particularly important in my career, where I needed to objectively assess situations, audiences, in order to develop communication strategies. I couldn't let personal bias creep into the equation.
Oy, I take responsibility even when it’s not my responsibility. Thanks in part to my dearly departed mother. She didn’t just enjoy Jewish guilt trips, she ran the travel agency. 🤨

In business take the blame so others that you need to help you dont try and make excuses why it wasnt their fault, problems get resolved much quicker!
No I consider my part in things as well

I do both, although I think it's human nature to point the finger at others at least in the beginning.

If it's my fault, it's my fault and I own that.
rissa12 · 22-25, F
I just naturally assume it’s my fault unless someone says otherwise.

I blame myself for everything.

I always take responsibility. If you can't be honest with yourself who can you be honest with.
