First initial reaction is to ALWAYS question if I did something wrong, if I could have handled things differently. Those are things I can fix, work on improving. And we learn from our mistakes; of should.
It was particularly important in my career, where I needed to objectively assess situations, audiences, in order to develop communication strategies. I couldn't let personal bias creep into the equation.
