What is something that screams, "I will never grow emotionally as a person"?

Being afraid of change. Though even then, I wouldn't say never, because anyone can change.

If you can't admit when you're wrong or when you've wronged someone, if you always look for someone else to blame when you've hurt someone.

A person who never questions,tries new experiences,set in his/her ways

Someone in their late 40s, 50s behaving like a petty teen. I don't think this will improve at that point.
