It is tough to address your own flaws and imperfections, own them and then make the necessary corrections for self improvement.

It’s a work in progress.

Admitting that we HAVE flaws is the first step. I think the hardest step for most people, however, is identifying those flaws. Especially if they are internal.

We can't rely on those outside of ourselves to observe us and then name our flaws, because those observers might, themselves, be deeply flawed.

@Raaii Please remember, dear, that those who point out your supposed flaws, might be MUCH more deeply flawed than you are.

In other words, don't listen to what others think. YOU know yourself best. YOU know where you need work, and where you do not.

@4meAndyou your advices always help ma'am
I feel better and more positive
It was the same when at first you sent a gift saying God loves me
And I was always like God has forgotten about me
Thank you very much for everything 🙇‍♀️

@Raaii Remember that you are loved. God loves you just as you are, and if YOU want to, you can create a self that is even MORE bright and shining...to give glory to God.

OH there are a lot. I can't blame them all on PTSD, though that accounts for the intemperate behavior around people I despise. My 14 year old daughter gave me a tune up the other day. After thinking about what she said I realized she was right. I thanked her for being open and honest with me and told her I depended upon her to continue to point those things out to me.
