I'm 77 now but all my life, I have changed things up, as necessary. It works very well for me, I don't know about others. It is necessary through life to make adjustments. I think that's what part of life is, making necessary adjustments and that can be quite a bit at times but also can be over the years but I think it's very necessary. Improvement is a good thing.

Every morning you wake a new person, transformed by life
I had a plan to change myself but I think as I worked toward that ideal, my goal shifted to a different version of the person I thought I wanted to be. I'm not dissapointed in the me I am today but Im not sure thats who I'll be tomorrow. I hope the people I love, love tomorrow Jamie too.

Improve yes. Transform no. I can only be me.

Yes, I'm slowly getting there.
Uh not so much planned but resented myself for how fucked up i was at the time.. i had other people pray for me and ive been better lately .. tho i dont take credit for it i just changed for the better and was happier .. thank god (i used to be depressed and crazy shit)

i wouldnt use the word "transomed" to describe a change in myself.

It was a conscious effort that took a number of years to set in, and still requires maintenance.

Unless you're a butterfly you can only make alterations to suit yourself better.

Yeah but it was the lessons of life that transform me

I'm always wanting to improve and change for the better.
A bit of both.

It's a process

I know some people and entities that try to "Transform" themselves all the time. But they are basically still the same.
Plus why bother? I mean if things were not working before OR if they are still not happy, do they really think that THIS time they have found a magical solution?

@CestManan Not to be negative, but if those things didn't work, that is all the adjustments that we make in life and I believe are necessary, then no one would ever try nor succeed. Life is about adjustments, perseverance, trying, succeeding, setting goals, etc. I have found them very very promising, successful, and necessary. If we don't like something, we can change it up, and I'm thankful for that. Haha it depends on the person whether they are successful or not and how dedicated they are, plus their desire for change. Change is not always easy and a lot of people oppose it, yet it is worth the effort I have found. I use prayer to help me make important changes.

No, it doesn't work like that for me. If there's a will or some life circumstance that needs a change, it goes by itself but if there's no will, forcing myself doesn't lead anywhere.

Transform sounds too much like a total change...so, no.
I do take stock of how I am and make improvements that are to my liking and benefit.
